PHOTOGRAPHY AND FILMING IN THE STUDIO
For promotional purposes of the studio, you may occasionally see one of our staff members filming or photographing the waiting area and/or piercing room. We use these photos and videos on our social media and website.
If you do not wish to be recorded, please let us know immediately because removing content that has already been posted is sometimes not possible (e.g., in the case of paid promotions on social media).
We kindly ask clients not to record or photograph during the piercing procedure as it can be distracting for some of our piercers, because some are camera shy. It’s challenging to convince them to participate in filming for our own needs, and this requires a few days’ notice for them to prepare mentally. ????
Additionally, we are not proponents of videos of the piercing procedure itself because people sometimes use them as DIY tutorials, which can lead to them ending up in the Emergency Room and spreading the belief that piercing is very dangerous to one’s health.
If you would like a photo of your piercing, feel free to ask your piercer or the staff at the counter to take a picture of you after the piercing is completed.
In the waiting area and other parts of the salon (everywhere except the piercing and tattoo/laser rooms), you are welcome to take photos to your heart’s content. <3
