APPOINTMENTS AND DEPOSIT

You can schedule a tattoo appointment only after we have the design you desire ready so that we can assess how much time it will take to tattoo it and provide you with the exact price.

DEPOSIT

An appointment is confirmed by leaving a deposit. The deposit amounts to 30% of the total tattoo cost and must be paid within two business days of scheduling the appointment, regardless of how far in advance you reserved the appointment. After the tattoo is completed, the total cost of the tattoo is reduced by the amount of the deposit.

Appointments that are not confirmed with a deposit are automatically canceled without notifying the client because we assume the client has decided not to proceed with the tattoo. You can pay the deposit in cash at the salon or through a bank transfer.

The deposit serves to cover operational expenses in case the client fails to show up for the scheduled appointment without prior notice. If something unexpected arises and you can’t make it to the appointment, please inform us by phone (+385916286787 or +38514854420) at least two business days before the appointment. Otherwise, the right to a deposit refund is forfeited.

If you want to reschedule the appointment for a different date and inform us at least two business days before the agreed-upon appointment, you retain the right to a deposit refund.

DESIGN CHANGES

Clients who wish to change the design on the tattoo appointment will lose their deposit if the changes make it impossible to complete the tattoo during that appointment. Any changes must be communicated to us at least 24 hours before the appointment. If the appointment is scheduled for a Monday, changes must be reported by Friday.

LATE ARRIVAL

If you are running late for a scheduled tattoo appointment, please notify us. If we determine that your delay would disrupt the appointments of clients scheduled after you, we may not be able to accommodate you, and you may lose the right to a deposit refund.

This depends on the duration of your appointment and the length of your delay. For example, if the tattoo appointment is for 1 hour, you must not be more than 15 minutes late with a mandatory prior phone notification.
