PAYMENT
Payment options are:
- cash on delivery (pay the courier when the package is delivered to your home address; for deliveries within Croatia only).
- online credit card payment (one-time)
- online banking (after placing an order, we will send you an email with payment details for a bank transfer)
- PayPal
Please note that an additional fee of 6.60 eur applies for payments through Revolut!
We strive to keep the webshop up-to-date with the actual stock status, but due to the quantity of jewelry, this is not always possible. If we do not have the jewelry you ordered in stock, we can order it unless it’s a model that has been discontinued (discontinued items).
Since most wholesale piercing jewelry companies have a minimum quota that must be met when ordering, please understand if the waiting period for jewelry is extended (we cannot order just one piece of jewelry and wait for more people to order something we don’t have or for us to run out of certain jewelry).
All prices are in euros and include a 25% VAT. Jewelry is sold per piece unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to change prices.
DELIVERY
Retail orders received via the webshop will be processed within 5 working days. During holidays and annual leave, please check our working hours when placing orders.
DELIVERY WITHIN CROATIA
Shipments are delivered by Croatian Post. The cost of delivery is 5.50 eur.
For orders over 70.00 eur, delivery is free.
Shipments usually arrive within 3-6 working days, depending on your place of residence. You can track your shipment via the provided link.
DELIVERY TO SLOVENIA, SERBIA, BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA
We send shipments by registered mail. The shipping cost is 8.00 eur. For orders over 100.00 eur, delivery is free.
Delivery times range from 5-20 working days, depending on your place of residence. You can track your package via the provided link.

We are not responsible for jewelry damage that occurs during transport. Please check the shipment for damage when receiving it and report any damage to the courier immediately.
