WRITTEN CUSTOMER COMPLAINT
In accordance with Article 10, paragraphs 1-3 of the Consumer Protection Act (Official Gazette 41/14),
we inform our customers that they can submit a written complaint
expressing their dissatisfaction with a purchased product or service by postal mail to the address:

According to Article 10, paragraph 5 of the Consumer Protection Act (Official Gazette 41/14),
we will respond to your written complaint in writing no later than 15 days from the day we receive your complaint.
In your written complaint, please provide your full name and address for response delivery.
