WHO TO (not) BRING WITH YOU
In piercing and tattoo studios, there are certain safety and hygiene rules, and we kindly ask you to adhere to them to make our job easier and ensure a pleasant experience during your visit.
ENTOURAGE
If you’re coming for piercing with someone, please note that you will enter the piercing room alone. The only exception is for piercing minors when the presence of one parent is allowed (not the entire family!).
Piercing is not a social activity where your friends can record the procedure, lean on the client’s chair to get a better view, and bombard the piercer with a barrage of questions. To ensure that your piercing is done professionally, the piercer requires concentration and free space around the client. Just as you wouldn’t bring a group of friends to a dentist appointment, we kindly ask you to apply the same logic to the piercing studio.

CHILDREN UNDER 12 YEARS OF AGE
In Croatia, there is no legal regulation regarding the age limit for piercing, and each piercing studio establishes its own ethical rules. Our policy on piercing minors can be found at the link.
Children under 12 years of age are not allowed to enter the salon for safety and hygiene reasons.
If you have no one to look after your child, please inform us at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment so that we can reschedule it for another day. Please respect this rule because the piercing & tattoo studio is not a playground, and our employees do not have time to babysit and care for children during working hours. Screaming is only permitted in the piercing room. ????
A child cannot be with you while you are getting pierced, nor can it sit in your lap during the procedure, no matter how confident you are that they will be still. One sudden wrong movement could result in leaving with an eyebrow piercing instead of a nose piercing (or various other, less pleasant injuries). In the event that a parent ignores this rule and leaves the child unattended in the salon, they bear full responsibility for any potential injuries to their child (falling down the stairs, injuries on the sharp edges of furniture or glass, etc.), and they are obliged to fully compensate any material damage that the child may cause to the salon’s inventory.
PETS
If you are coming with a dog, please bring someone with you to take care of it while you get pierced. For hygiene reasons, dogs (and other animals) are not allowed on the upper floors, but they can wait for you in the salon’s foyer (the glass area at the entrance). If the dog barks or howls continuously, please have the caretaker take it for a short walk so that the salon can operate without disturbance. If you cannot find someone to accompany you and take care of your dog, please let us know in advance so that we can cancel or reschedule the appointment.
MODES OF TRANSPORTATION
Please leave your bicycles, scooters, roller skates, and other modes of transportation in the foyer (the glass area at the entrance) and do not bring them to the upper floors. The piercing waiting room is not a parking lot, and we cannot simply put a bicycle “somewhere out of the way,” regardless of its value. In the courtyard in front of the entrance, we have a bike rack under video surveillance. If this is not sufficient, please inform us in advance so that we can cancel or reschedule the appointment.
