
BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT
In order to begin communication regarding a tattoo appointment, we first need to know what you want, i.e. you need to send us a picture or a textual description of the design.
This is important because from your description (or picture), we can assess:
not all tattoo artists work in all styles (e.g. someone specializes only in realism, someone in ornamental designs, etc.).
in tattooing, there is a minimum feasibility that determines the smallest possible size for a given design. For example, we won’t make a cathedral the size of a postage stamp because it won’t look good as the years go by. Keep in mind that skin is a living organ that ages and changes, unlike paper where a cathedral can be as small as 2×3 cm.
designs that may seem simple sometimes are not, for instance, a simple circle on the forearm or a straight line around the arm (due to the anatomical curvature of this body part, it’s difficult to position a straight line correctly, and it will warp depending on how you hold your arm).
we can’t provide an exact price until we have a finalized design, but we can give you an estimated cost.
if you don’t have a finalized design (a picture of what you want with no changes), we’ll need to have a brief consultation with the tattoo artist in the salon to determine all the details (appearance, size, price, colors, position).
We often receive inquiries like “When is your next available appointment for a small tattoo?“
This doesn’t give us enough information to offer you an appointment. For this reason, please explain what you want as accurately as possible from the beginning. The concept of a ‘small tattoo’ varies depending on an individual’s perception; a 2cm tattoo might be your perception of a small tattoo, but for us, small tattoos are anything below the size of an A4 paper. 🙂
So, it would be great if you could measure the exact size of the tattoo you want with a ruler and inform us of the size in centimeters. This way, we can ensure that both sides are using the same units of measurement. Be sure to use some measuring tool (a tailor’s tape, ruler, construction tape measure, etc.) because people often have a wrong idea of how large 20cm really is when it’s applied to the body.
In the case where you send us a design with no alterations, and we agree on the exact size and price, we can immediately book a tattoo appointment.

APPOINTMENTS
We schedule consultation appointments with the tattoo artist in the salon when:
- you have no picture of the design you’d like to tattoo
- you have a picture of the design but it needs revision or alterations
- you have a picture of the design, but it’s for a larger project (a 20cm tattoo or larger)
During the consultation appointment, you will discuss the exact appearance of the design, its size, body placement, colors, price, and all other details with the tattoo artist. Afterward, we can reserve a tattoo appointment. Consultations do not obligate you to get a tattoo. Each client is entitled to two free consultation appointments. Additional consultations can be scheduled but are charged at 15.00 eur for 30 minutes. If you know exactly what you want and have thoroughly thought about your tattoo, the basic two consultation appointments will be more than sufficient.
To reserve a tattoo appointment, you need to leave a deposit (in person at the salon, through a bank transfer, or via PayPal). The deposit is 30% of the total tattoo price, and it needs to be left (or transferred) within two business days from the appointment arrangement, regardless of how far in advance you’ve booked the appointment. It often happens that clients book appointments several weeks in advance and forget to make the deposit. In such cases, we delete the appointment because we haven’t received the payment, and this can lead to problems. Appointments that are not confirmed with a deposit on time are automatically deleted without notifying the client, as it is assumed that they have canceled the appointment.
The deposit serves to cover the operating costs in case a client doesn’t show up for the agreed appointment without notifying us in advance. If something comes up, and you can’t make it to the scheduled appointment, please inform us by phone (+385916286787 or +38514854420) at least two business days before the appointment. Otherwise, you forfeit the right to a deposit refund.
During payment, the price is reduced by the amount of the deposit.
